Tell the story-current affairs
27 NOVEMBER 2025
7.30pm
What if, rather than just being a point of tension and anxiety, current affairs and those tricky news headlines could actually serve as a 'way in' to gospel conversations?
There's so much going on in the world at the moment and as Christians we can often find ourselves in the midst of all kinds of heated discussions! There's no denying that the world is full of brokenness and uncertainty, but there's also no denying that the gospel is our very real and true hope. We carry the good news of Jesus! But how exactly do we carry the gospel into those uncomfortable, difficult conversations? What does the gospel actually have to say in all of this, and how can we communicate this truth to our friends?!
Join us on Zoom as we hear from Glen's Scrivener and listen to his wisdom and experience, and be equipped to carry the good news of Jesus into those difficult conversations! Feel free to come with your questions, or send them in in advance using the form below and we'll do our best to answer them.
